Dr. Philippa Gordon

Dr. Philippa Gordon has lived in Brooklyn since her family moved from South Africa when she was in middle school. She is a graduate of Saint Ann's School, Bowdoin College, and the SUNY Downstate Medical Centre. She completed her pediatric residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx and her fellowship training in infectious diseases at The Rockefeller University.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Gordon worked as a pediatric emergency attending. She also ran a state-funded pediatric AIDS program for many years. Her office is a teaching site for medical students from Cornell Medical Center and she participates in an international teaching exchange with the Children's Hospital in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Her professional interests include breastfeeding and nutrition, developmental and behavioral medicine, vaccine science, adolescent health, and dermatologic problems common and rare.


Dr. Mary Ann Edghill

Dr. Mary Ann Edghill spent her early years in Michigan and Kentucky. After graduating from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, she returned to Kentucky to pursue her medical degree. She completed her pediatric training at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx, and has spent the last five years in a multi-specialty practice in Staten Island. Dr. Edghill resides in Bed Stuy with her wonderful husband, Benjeil, and their two children.



Erica Hahn, CNP

Erica Hahn, CPNP, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She grew up in the Bay Area in California and received her B.A. at UCLA. She moved to Manhattan in 2004 to pursue her B.S. and M.S. in Nursing and her MPH at Columbia University. She joins us with 8 years of experience working in pediatric primary care for an NYC non-profit FQHC caring for medically underserved populations in LIC, the south Bronx and the LES.  She moved to Park Slope in 2013, where she lives with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter.



Kristen Ebert, CNP

Kristen Ebert, CPNP, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She is originally from Pennsylvania but spent her college and graduate years in Baltimore, MD. After graduating from Loyola University with a Bachelors degree in Biology, she completed her Bachelors in Nursing and Masters of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University. At Johns Hopkins, she received her clinical training in pediatric primary care, was involved in the birth companions program, which provided doula services to women in need within the Baltimore community, and traveled with a team to St. Vincent and the Grenadines to provide healthcare to the underserved. As a nurse practitioner, Kristen is committed to providing evidenced based, patient-centered care with an emphasis on forming strong, collaborative relationships with patients and their families.  

Her professional interests include asthma, developmental behavioral pediatrics, and breastfeeding.  She comes to our practice after spending the last three years at a busy pediatric office in New Jersey.  Kristen recently moved to Park Slope with her husband, Paul, and dog, Iris.
